Club rules for reservations

Reservation Terms 

1. Nature of the reservation
   Submitting the reservation form does not create a purchase agreement or an obligation to pay immediately. The reservation only serves to record your interest in a specific t-shirt variant, in particular its size and color. 
2. Ordering the t-shirt
   Based on the submitted form, we will order the selected t-shirt variant from our supplier. The availability of a specific color and size depends on the supplier's current offer. 
3. Notifying the customer
   As soon as the t-shirt is ready for pickup at the gym, we will contact you using the contact details provided in the form. 
4. Pickup and payment
   The t-shirt is paid for only upon personal collection at the gym. 
5. Failure to collect a reserved t-shirt
   If the customer does not collect the t-shirt within a reasonable time after being invited to do so, the reservation may be canceled and the t-shirt may be offered to another interested customer. 
6. Change or unavailability of a variant
   If the selected t-shirt variant is not available from our supplier, we will contact the customer and agree on how to proceed, for example by choosing a different size or color, or by canceling the reservation.
