I got into CrossFit in 2024, and honestly a bit by accident. Before that I went through various sports – from sport climbing to running, swimming, powerlifting… Each of them gave me something, but it was CrossFit that showed me all these worlds can work together.
I wanted to be good at everything right away – and I actually learned quite a lot pretty quickly. But you have to accept that CrossFit is a competition in being average. There's so much to learn. It's a constant search for balance – being as good as possible at everything, while accepting that perfection doesn't exist.
Maybe that's exactly why I enjoy this sport so much.
I'm studying to become a coach, and gradually it dawned on me that I don't just want to train CrossFit – I want to teach it. I want to pass on to people the same joy of movement, progress and overcoming yourself that I've experienced. And above all, to help them do things correctly, efficiently and with respect for their own abilities.
Even though I've been doing CrossFit for a relatively short time, after just a year and a half I managed to qualify for competitions in the elite category. I believe that precisely because I went through the rapid learning process myself, I can really understand what people go through during training.
I'll gladly help you with anything you want to improve – from weightlifting to gymnastics.
Because the greatest joy for a coach is to see the progress of their athletes, and to be a part of it.
I think training should be enjoyable and meaningful, but it should also include the less fun parts. The parts that test not only the body but above all the mind – because those are exactly what push us forward.
Because often it's all in your head. And your head can do more than you think.
